CPWD PAR 2025 Compliance Guidelines:

• The Base Standard: Base rates compiled as of **01.04.2025 as 100**. Sized with standard floor heights of **3.60m** for non-residential and **3.00m** for residential.
• Multi-Storey Floor Escalation: For structures higher than 6 storeys, a cumulative extra rate of **\u20B9123 per sqm** is applied for every set of 6 additional floors (e.g., \u20B9123/sqm for floors 7–12, \u20B9246/sqm for floors 13–18).
• Services Exclusions: Per CPWD Clause 2.0, internal and external electrical/sanitary services percentages are calculated on the core building cost, strictly **excluding** ground-level extras (raft, pile, deep foundations) and specialized fire safety services.
