Notes & Assumptions:
- The calculator is prepared based on Scale of Amenities and Scale of Electrical Fittings and Fixtures.
- Where the specification states "minimum one", one quantity per applicable room/location has been considered.
- For 5A sockets and 15A sockets, the minimum of two in each room and kitchen has been considered.
- For 15A socket with MCB for geyser, one socket has been considered for each toilet.
- For 15A socket with MCB for AC, one socket has been considered for each room.
- For Fresh air exhaust fan, one fan has been considered in the kitchen and one in each toilet.
- For 25 litre geyser, one geyser has been considered in each toilet.
- For Telephone/Cable TV socket and modular charging socket, one set has been considered per room.
- For Electrical points for water filter and oven, one point for each item has been considered.
- For Electrical points for fridge and washing machine, one point for each item has been considered.
- Modular switches are shown as applicable because the source table specifies "Yes", but does not specify the number of switches. Therefore, a numerical quantity has not been assumed.
- Dressing light point is shown based on one point per bedroom because the source table does not specify a separate numerical quantity.
- The calculator provides planning quantities. Final quantities should be checked against the approved drawing, BOQ and project specification before procurement or execution.
